I'm now going to feature a simple guide on how will you make your job leveling at renewal more efficient.
First you need to be a level 99 job 1 3rd job character after that is you need to make a guild :)
* I used my level 150 character because i don't have new ones anymore :)
After creating a guild we need to put 50% tax on your position for this example because I was the one that created the guild I will put the tax on the Guild master position.
After that your ready to go by doing this your job level is going to be the priority when leveling up because the 50% tax rating is only applicable on the base level experience, because as we all know job leveling is far more tougher than base leveling(specially on renewal)you can already be base level 150 while your job is stuck at level 40 or less on some people who only love to hit on daily quests.
