It has been a long time since i have posted a guide on leveling for Ragnarok Online here is a leveling guide for Royal Guards preferably hybrid types but you can see some alternative leveling guides below for Reflect Type and Devotion Type Royal Guards

110 - 150 = Endless Tower ( Entrance Located on Alberta near port area )
Party up with other players to finish this area huge number of exp can be obtained but massive supplies is needed to last in this dungeon because of the MVP monsters you need to kill.

*In order to get the maximum exp you need to be at least 10 levels lower on the monster that your going to kill.
Additional Tip especially for the job leveling after you manage to change into your renewal class create a guild and put taxes on 50% so that your job level will not be left behind :)
